What we collect
The Permco Toolkit collects only what it needs to grant and operate access: the email address you provide to request access or sign in, and basic operational data (sign-in events and a session token to keep you logged in). The public marketing pages require no account.
How we use it
Your email is used to verify you are an authorized Permco distributor or staff member (an administrator-managed allowlist), to send you passwordless sign-in links, and to operate the gated toolkit. We do not sell or rent your information.
Sign-in & sessions
Sign-in is passwordless: we email a secure link. A session token is stored in your browser to keep you signed in, and you are automatically signed out after a period of inactivity.
Data storage & security
Access is restricted to allowlisted accounts, and gated content is protected server-side. Information is held in Permco's managed systems and shared only with service providers that operate the toolkit (e.g. hosting, database, and email delivery).
